There's not much to say about Jordan really. I only spent 2 days there and the thing that stuck in my mind is the fact that their currency is more expensive than the dollar (3:1). Hence, everything was more expensive. They'll charge you if you pose beside the camel and the people in Petra (one of the seven wonders of the world) are such hustlers that you feel like you're in Tondo. They harass you into buying their products and if you touch it, you have to buy it. They have a tourist police but they just sit and watch people get harassed. Other than that, the people are wonderful and have olive skin with very light eyes. Beautiful!
Sorry for the long absence! I'm back and packed with stories from my trip. Any guesses where I was for the last 2 weeks? The winner gets a free camel. Chos!

I must stress that I didn't realize how sheer this blouse was from the back and that the front is not sheer at all. I shot a gun for the first time and hit my target. I'm so proud. Having said that, I will probably never shoot a gun again out of fear of hurting anything breathing or hitting my face when the gun recoils. It was a fun experience, I can still say that I'm willing to try everything at least once.
I just finished watching the latest episode of Smash. I can't wait for the next episode although I have a clue on who's the girl in the promo. So here's two of my favorite songs from the show - ballads of course. I could listen to Megan Hilty and Katharine McPhee all day. I'd sing along but my dogs complain. Heh.
I have had it with this fuck*ng scandal shit. I am not, nor do I look like, the girl in the scandal. We don't even have the same body and as you may observe from my vacation pictures, I do not have a huge mole on my stomach. This juvenile prank has been following me since college and I am not having it anymore. I do not appreciate having my name dragged along the mud like that. I was raised properly by my parents and I am not stupid enough to disrespect them just so I can send a "sexy video" to some boy. I have had this shadow following me through law school applications and awkward first date questions. Sure this would all be fine if I actually did it. But no. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. I did not do anything wrong. But somehow I'm still subjected to this juvenile behavior from these maniacs.
I have addressed this before here and I don't know how many times I would have to talk about this to get it into people's heads that IT'S NOT ME. And I am done being nice and understanding. I'm all for being curious but you don't need to send me a message. It's disturbing and annoying. This is almost a year worth of uncalled for indecent proposals.
The reason this annoys me to no end is the fact that I'm such a careful person that I don't even drink or smoke. I work hard and study hard and stay home for the majority of my time. I'm in no sense "loose" or "easy" and to be subjected to this kind of treatment pisses me off. I found it funny the first year, I used to say kawawa naman yung girl na nasa video kasi naghubad na siya at lahat pero ibang pangalan pa yung nilagay. She should at least get her 15 minutes of fame for taking off her clothes. The 2nd year it became harassment. The third year it became a question on my law school interviews. And on the fourth year it became awkward conversations on dates. Seriously. I don't deserve this. I'm done being lambasted, I'm through taking the higher ground. That's not the way to deal with these maniacs.
